PURPOSE: A cigarette filler collecting device and a method of collecting the cigarette filler using the same are provided to cut the manufacturing costs of cigarettes and to maintain the scent and taste of tobacco. CONSTITUTION: A method of collecting cigarette filler includes: a step(S1) of injecting a mixture of leaf vein into a separating member; a step(S2) of dividing the cigarette filler included in the leaf vein mixture using suction air; a step(S3) of discharging the separated leaf vein to a first outlet hole of the separating member and discharging the cigarette filler separated from a second outlet hole of the separating member; a step(S4) of collecting the discharged cigarette filler to a second chamber; and a step(S5) of transferring the collected cigarette filler to a second air lock.
