PURPOSE: A pulse output circuit, a display device, and an electronic device thereof are provided to reduce the property deterioration of a thin film transistor by forming the semiconductor layer of a channel region into a microcrystal semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A pulse output circuit(101_1) includes a first-eleventh thin film transistor(111~121), and a first-seventh signal wire(151~157), a first and a second supply line(131,132). The first terminal of the first thin film transistor is connected to a first power line. A plurality of clock signals controls each transistor. A frontend signal is inputted from the pulse output circuit in the frontend. A backend signal is inputted from the pulse output circuit in the backend. A semiconductor layer is composed of a microcrystal semiconductor. The semiconductor layer is the channel region of the corresponding transistor.
