PURPOSE: Prepolymer-based polyurethane blends are provided to obtain excellent surface quality and workability and to be used for manufacturing a holographic photopolymer having a superior refractive index contrast. CONSTITUTION: Prepolymer-based polyurethane blends comprise: a polyisocyanate component containing a NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer using a hydroxyl-functional compound as a base material; isocyanate-reactive polyether polyol; urethane acrylate and/or urethane metacrylate having one or more aromatic structural units and a refractive index of less than 1.50 at 405nm; a free radical stabilizer; a photoinitiator using a borate salt and a mixture of one or more pigments as the base material; and a catalyst; and an aiding agent and an additive.
