The complex food enriching agent is obtained by culturing probiotic microorganisms - normal human microflora, until maximum biomass accumulation with subsequent separation of the microorganisms. The product is characterised by the following content of basic exometabolites in mg/l: exopolysaccharides 50.0-400.0, organic acids in terms of lactic acid 9.0-12.0, group B vitamins 80.0-100.0. The composition of biologically active bacterial compounds enables its use as a complex food enriching agent.
