PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a high gain and high quality slot array antenna in which a side lobe is suppressed. SOLUTION: A waveguide 30 for radiation has first and second conductive planes which are perpendicular, and a side surface which closes their end portions, and configures a guiding wave space in its inside. An array of a plurality of slots 31S is formed in front of the waveguide 30 for radiation. A disposition pitch of the slots 31S is about a half of a guide wavelength of a used frequency. A conductive plate 61 is provided so that the upper portion space of a slot is tapered by two conductive plates which forms a pair while sandwiching the slot 31S. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
