PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power regeneration device capable of increasing the number of thermal power generating device in response to the heating value of the thermal power generating device and the cooling capacity of the device, and performing a thermal power generating operation even if the heating value is large. SOLUTION: Thermal power generating devices 2 are arranged at outside of a LSI (a thermal generating device) 1, and between the thermal generating device 1 and a radiator 3. The output voltage generated by the thermal power generating device 2 is boosted by a booster circuit 19. When the output voltage of the booster circuit 19 is higher than or equal to a predetermined voltage, the output voltage of the booster circuit 19 is supplied to a load, and when the output voltage of the booster circuit 19 is lower than or equal to the predetermined voltage, the output voltage of a y-main electric power supply 23 is supplied to the load.
