PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an electromagnetic flowmeter having a low-cost electrode structure which is simple and reliable. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter which is subjected to a vulcanizing process after attaching an electrode to a lining-applied measuring tube through an electrode mounting hole includes an electrode rod 21 whose one end side is inserted into the electrode mounting hole, a conic adhesive applicator 23 whose top side is attached to the other end of the electrode, an electrode body attached to the bottom of the adhesive applicator, an adhesive which is applied to the adhesive applicator and united with the lining in the vulcanizing process, and a nut which is set to one end of the electrode through an insulating washer and screwed to tighten the electrode with the measuring tube, such that the adhesive applicator sinks in the lining, and the electrode body projects from the surface of the lining.
