PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disinfected hygienic and healthy drinking water 2 or the like. SOLUTION: A container 1 of violet color having a high degree of transparency and transmitting near ultraviolet ray of invisible light ray belonging to the outside of the visible light ray of violet and having disinfecting effect is manufactured. If this container of violet color filled with drinking water 2 or the like is placed in a lighted place or where the sun light is present, then the near ultraviolet ray of 300 to 400 nm permeates the container, disinfecting the drinking water 2 or the like stored therein.
