<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system capable of performing high-efficiency cooling while generating power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Liquefied ammonia is vaporized by a vaporizer 2, the latent heat of vaporization is removed from a refrigerant in a heat transfer tube 3 to obtain cold, and the circulation for removing heat from the air distributed from a blower 7 is repeated in a heat exchanger 6 by a pump 9. The vaporized ammonia is reformed by a reformer 4 and introduced to a fuel cell device 5 as a hydrogen gas to be used as the fuel in fuel cell power generation.
