<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alteration of water quality of boiler water due to back flow of steam condensate in a steam supply pathway to a boiler in which combustion is not performed, and supply of the steam including the boiler water due to carry-over. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this boiler having the steam supply pathway 2 for extracting the steam generated in the boiler 1 from the boiler and distributing the same, the steam supply pathway includes a horizontal pipe 3 disposed near a steam outlet of the boiler 1, and a vertical pipe (4, 5) connected to a downstream-side end part of the horizontal pipe 3, and a connecting part of the vertical pipe and the horizontal pipe is positioned on the way of the vertical pipe, so that the vertical pipe is divided into a vertical pipe upper part 4 at an upper part with respect to a horizontal pipe connecting part, and a vertical pipe lower part 5 at a lower part with respect to the horizontal pipe connecting part.
