PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor reducing a loss deterioration as the whole motor and having a high efficiency by improving a method for fixing a stator on a case and limiting a range affected by a compressive stress applied to a core for the stator by the case in a region magnetically reducing an effect in a yoke. SOLUTION: The motor includes: an annular yoke; and N tieses on the inner peripheral side of the yoke, and consists of the stator winding windings on each ties, a rotor held oppositely rotatably on the inner periphery of the stator at slight voids and the case fixing the stator. In the motor, projections projected to the outsides from the outer periphery of the yoke positioned on the outer peripheral sides of slots are formed on the outer periphery of the yoke positioned on the outer peripheral sides of the tieses and the center lines of the tieses at regular intervals in the peripheral direction of the stator, and the stator is fixed on the case at the places of the projections.
