<p>The method for the production of high-hardness, high-grade mold part from rust resistant and/or high manganese-containing austenitic or austenitic-martensitic steel with plasticity effect and an equivalent value for the stacking fault energy of austenite, comprises producing a final contour raw part of high-alloyed cast steel with slight mass tolerance and high material quality through fine casting, die casting or squeeze casting and subsequently carrying out cold forming at below 200[deg] C, where the plasticity effect is initiated in the form of a transformation-induced plasticity effect. The method for the production of high-hardness, high-grade mold part from rust resistant and/or high manganese-containing austenitic or austenitic-martensitic steel with plasticity effect and an equivalent value for the stacking fault energy of austenite, comprises producing a final contour raw part of high-alloyed cast steel with slight mass tolerance and high material quality through fine casting, die casting or squeeze casting and subsequently carrying out cold forming at below 200[deg] C, where the plasticity effect is initiated in the form of a transformation-induced plasticity/twinning induced plasticity effect and emerges a high-strength form part with relatively high toughness characteristics. A solution annealing is carried out at 1050[deg] C/1 h/water before the first cold forming. The first cold-forming of poured raw part is carried out with austenitic structure of below 20% and austenitic-martensitic steel of below 15%. A recrystallisation annealing is carried out before the second and further cold forming. The cast and cold-formed part is subjected to recrystallisation or partial recrystallisation annealing for adjusting special strength- and toughness properties. The raw part possesses the endform in part areas and the cold-forming is carried out only in partial cross-section areas. Forging, extrusion, stretching rolls, transverse rolling, embossing and rotary kneading are used for cold forming. The high strength form part has a tensile strength of 500-1600 MPa, pinches of 70-20% and a tensile stretch of 60-10%.</p> |
