LIGHT MODULATION FILM

A light modulation film which comprises two transparent conductive resin substrates and a light modulation layer sandwiched between the two transparent conductive resin substrates, the light modulation layer comprising a resin matrix and a light-modulating suspension dispersed in the resin matrix.  At least one of the transparent conductive resin substrates has a primer layer on the light-modulation-layer side, the primer layer being a thin film comprising an organic binder resin and fine metal oxide particles dispersed therein.  This configuration improves adhesion between the film matrix and each substrate and provides the light modulation film which performs the function of stably modulating light.
