Provided is a trigger-type pump dispenser wherein sway of a piston portion can be prevented, and a sliding resistance is small. A pump dispenser (A) capable of being attached to a container, the dispenser comprising a cylinder portion (2), a piston structure (1) slidably movable within the cylinder portion, a housing portion (5) mounted on the cylinder portion (2), a handle portion (5A) integrally formed with the housing portion (5), a lever portion pivot-fitted to the housing portion (5) and connected to the piston structure (1) through a crank portion (3), and a cap for attaching the cylinder portion (2) to a container body, wherein the piston structure (1) is formed by incorporating a bendable longitudinal nozzle portion (12) and a piston portion (11), so that when the lever portion is pulled down toward the handle portion (5A), the piston portion (11) is pulled down through the crank portion (3) to apply a pressure in the cylinder portion and discharge liquid through the longitudinal nozzle portion (12).
