A management method, device and system for WAPI terminal certificates, wherein a WAPI authentication server and a WAPI terminal negotiate a session key (S302); the WAPI authentication server receives a subscription request message from the WAPI terminal, said subscription request message being a non-initial request used to request the public key certificate and a private key for the WAPI terminal (S304); the WAPI authentication server transmits a notification message carrying the encrypted public key certification and private key to the WAPI terminal to update the WAPI terminal, wherein said public key certificate and private key are encrypted by the session key (S306). The present invention uses an online method to update user certificates.
