PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of flame-retardant working clothes for the electric shock prevention is provided, in which cloth goes through the flame retardant treatments, is cut into pieces, and is coated with coating solution for the electric shock prevention. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of flame-retardant working clothes for the electric shock prevention includes: a step(100) of preparing the predetermined cloth suitable for the working clothes; a step(200) of process the flame retardant treatments by dipping the prepared cloth into a flame proofing agent of phosphoric ester; a step(300) of cutting the frame-retardant cloth into regular pieces using a cutting machine; and a step(400) of sewing the fire-retardant cloth coping with the form of the working clothes using an industrial sewing device after the cutting step. The flame retardant agent of phosphoric ester is manufactured via the following steps: a step of making a mixture by adding 30-40 parts by weight of phosphate ester compound into 100 parts by weight of water; and adding 10-40 parts by weight of non-ionic surfactant into 100 parts by weight of the phosphate ester compound; and depositing the mixture and expanding the mixture; and finally solidifying the mixture at 180-190°C. |
