PURPOSE: A method for an image processing devices and a method thereof are provided to prevent an image of an undesired target from being photographed by providing the information except the white balance portion to the window. CONSTITUTION: A digital signal processor includes an image receiving unit(210), an integration unit(220) and a detection unit(230). The image reception unit receives the image through the photographing device, and divides the window of a set specific size into plural windows. The integration unit obtains the automatic exposure and of the statistic value of the automatic white balance for the divided windows. The detection unit excludes the windows of the higher statistic values than a set reference value.
