PURPOSE: A security a handrail prop apparatus and a method for constructing using the same are provided to prevent a safety accident by installing a handrail at the top of a retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A security a handrail prop apparatus comprises a safety rail(11), a first supporting plate(13), a retaining wall, a second supporting plate(15) and a guide unit. The safety rail is formed into a rod shape. The first supporting plate is located on the bottom of the safety rail to support the safety rail. The retaining wall is located on the first supporting plate on the top of the safety rail. The second supporting plate comprises a pitch to support the safety rail. The pitch is connected to the included groove of the retaining wall using a connection pin and fixes the second supporting plate on the retaining wall. A guide unit guides a safety rope and is located on the top of the second supporting plate.
