<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, regarding a glass run structure having a glass run formed by extrusion molding. <P>SOLUTION: In this glass run structure 10, a pair of outer lips 28A and 28B are formed in the longitudinal direction of a door frame 16 in the glass run 20. In the pair of outer lips 28A and 28B, a cut-out 30 is formed at a position corresponding to an existing flange 24 formed in a door body 18. Since the cut-out 30 and the flange 24 are locked in the vehicle vertical direction by this constitution, roll-up of the glass run 20 in relation to the door frame 16 is prevented, even if door glass 14 is elevated/lowered. After the glass run 20 is formed by extrusion molding, a molded part and separate projection and claw, etc. are not required to be provided in the glass run 20 and an engaging part engaged to the molded part, projection and claw is not required to be provided in a door inner panel 22, etc., to reduce cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
