<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display apparatus for inspecting a plurality of organic electroluminescent display apparatuses formed on a mother substrate by an original sheet unit, capable of reducing the inspection time and cost and of enhancing the efficiency of the inspection, and to provide the mother substrate of the organic electroluminescent display apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels 225 containing organic electroluminescent elements; a plurality of scan lines S1-Sn for selectively applying scanning signals to the pixels; a plurality of data lines D1-D3m formed so as to cross the scan lines and to apply data signals to the pixels; a scan driving section 230 for applying the scanning signals to the scan lines; and at least one first circuit part 280 electrically connected to the scan driving part.
