<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new services for mediating between a customer who desires to purchase a product shown on various media such as a fashion magazine and an outlet store that sells the product, and purchasing the product by proxy to trade it. <P>SOLUTION: A customer terminal of a customer, a store terminal that is installed in an outlet store that sells products, and a control server of a proxy agent that purchases products from the outlet store for the customer by proxy are connected through a communication network. The customer terminal sends information on the product desired by the customer, to the control server. The control server registers the received information on the product in a storage part, specifies the store of the product to be purchased based on the information on the product, and sends the information on the product to be purchased to the store terminal of the outlet store. The store terminal registers the received information on the product to be purchased in the storage part, and sends product management information including whether there is a stock of the product or not, to the control server.
