SAFETY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly safety information management system capable of being used for attendance management in ordinary times and for safety information management in case of emergency such as disaster.

SOLUTION: The safety information management system includes: a means for storing seating plan data, attendance identification information and safety identification information in a server; a means for transmitting identification information display data where the identification information of employees is displayed at seats corresponding to respective employees in the seating plan data; a means capable of transmitting email to a plurality of client terminals; a means for updating the safety identification information when emergency contact email is transmitted to the client terminal of each employee and a reply is returned responsive to the emergency contact email; and a means for correspondingly updating the safety identification information in synchronization with update of the attendance identification information when new attendance information is input for update after transmission of the emergency contact email.
