<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering nickel from an acidic aqueous solution deriving from sulfuric acid containing nickel and cobalt, iron, aluminum, manganese and other impurity elements, in such a state that nickel can be effectively utilized as a raw material for an industrial nickel material, by effectively separating nickel from iron, aluminum, manganese and other impurity elements in the acidic aqueous solution deriving from sulfuric acid. <P>SOLUTION: This recovering method includes the following steps of (1) to (5): the step (1) of subjecting the acidic aqueous solution deriving from sulfuric acid to oxidation neutralization treatment; the step (2) of subsequently subjecting the solution obtained after the oxidation neutralization treatment to neutralization treatment, and separating and recovering a mixture hydroxide containing nickel and cobalt therefrom; the step (3) of subjecting the mixture hydroxide to dissolution treatment in a sulfuric acid solution having a concentration of 50 mass% or higher; the step (4) of subjecting the concentrate to solvent extraction treatment by using a phosphoric-ester-based acidic extractant; and the step (5) of subjecting the obtained residual liquid after the extraction to neutralization treatment by adding a neutralizing agent to the residual liquid, and separating and recovering formed nickel hydroxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
