<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a touch panel which can be manufactured by simple processing while reducing processes in manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: On a transparent substrate 10, a plurality of first electrode faces 21S electrically connected to the direction of a first direction X and independent second electrode faces 22S are formed, and a transparent insulating film 30 formed with contact holes 30H is formed on those upper faces. A conductive film 50 is formed on the surface of the transparent insulating film 30 so that the second electrode faces 22S can be conducted with each other in a second direction Y through the contact hole 30H.
