PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer pellet having sufficient oxygen-absorbing performance for practical application, suppressing generation of odor by reducing generation of an uncomfortable odor component by absorption of oxygen and having less deactivation of the oxygen-absorbing performance at storage. SOLUTION: The oxygen absorptive multi-layer pellet 10 includes an intermediate layer 11 formed by a resin composition (M) containing a thermoplastic resin (A) substantially having a carbon-carbon double bond only in a main chain and a transition metal salt (C), and a cover layer 12 formed by a thermoplastic resin (B) comprising a hydrocarbon based resin. The resin composition (M) contains the transition metal salt (C) in a range of 0.001-0.5 pt.mass (10-5,000 ppm) in a metal conversion amount based on 100 pts.mass of the thermoplastic resin (A), and the cover layer 12 is superposed so as to cover a periphery of the intermediate layer 11.
