<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel having both designability and functionality in which an indicator of a meter can be arranged in a display region without providing any hole in the display region of a display panel or cutting out an outline of the display panel in an irregular shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The instrument panel 1 includes a plurality of the display panels 10, a light-shielding plate 12 provided at a position surrounding the plurality of the display panels 10, a circularly polarizing plate 14 provided on the light-shielding plate 12, at least one shaft hole 16 provided to penetrate the light-shielding plate 12 avoiding a region overlapped with the plurality of the display panels 10 in a planar view, a turning shaft 17 electrically connected to a driving circuit 15 through the shaft hole 16, and the indicator 18 fixed to the turning shaft 17.
