<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental floss holder which facilitates handling of a dental floss, such as tension adjustment of a dental floss or exchange to a new dental floss, can shorten the overall length of the dental floss holder itself, and can be equipped with other additional components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dental floss holder is constituted by arranging the first gripper 20 for fixing one end side of a dental floss 42 on the side of a floss holding member 13 to which a dental floss 42 is attached, and by arranging a second gripper 20A for fixing the other end side of the dental floss 42 near the first gripper 20. The first gripper 20 has a nut 23 and an enlarged head 222 for clamping one end of the dental floss 42.
