A method and calling terminal for down transmitting charging data which are used for the mobile intelligent public telephone services in the mobile intelligent network. The method includes that: the calling terminal hangs up, the calling communication channel between the calling terminal and the intelligent network platform is kept, and a hang-up notification message is sent to the intelligent network platform (101); a charging data is generated by the intelligent network platform according to the hang-up notification message (102); the charging data is sent to the calling terminal by the intelligent network platform using the calling communication channel (103); the calling communication channel is disconnected (104).
