The disk (1) has an inlet part (6) with friction linings and window-like recesses (5) that are distributed over a periphery. An outlet part is rotatable opposite to the inlet part around a defined angle and includes a hub and sections radially arranged outside the hub and aligned with recesses in a non-rotatable condition of the input and output parts. Pressure spring packets (2) having outer and inner springs (3, 4) are fitted between peripheral boundaries (9, 10) of the recesses and the sections. The springs are fixed on each other by a form closure (13) in an effective direction.
