The device has laminar rings designed as thermopiles and made from thermoelectric material. The rings are connected to circular inner hot connection points (1a-na) and circular outer cold connection points (1b-nb), where the inner and outer connection points are exposed to different temperature. The inner and outer connection points are separated by the thermopiles. The inner connection points are electrically heated, where electrical power at the outer connection points is supplied to a load (11).
