<p>A combined crusher comprises a cylindrical main frame(1), a motor, a main shaft(2), an outer taper stator(3) fixed to the main frame and an inner taper rotor(4) connected to the main shaft by a key, a crushing passage for crushing material having large particle size is formed between the taper surfaces of the outer taper stator and inner taper rotor. Raised teeth(31,41) circumferentially-distributed uniformly are alternately arranged on the two taper surfaces, and become smaller and more gradually from the top down along the two taper surfaces. A fixing milling disc(32) is securely connected to the outer taper stator from below, a movable milling disc(42) is securely connected to the inner taper rotor from below. An annular rolling disc(5) is arranged below the milling discs. Screen holes(52) are distributed on the annular rolling disc and used to allow material that meets the requirement about particle size to be passed through. Grinding rollers(51) cooperated with the rolling disc to grind the material are arranged uniformly along the outer circumference of the rolling disc. Cone crusher and roller mill are combined in the application, so, superfine crushing can be achieved only one time.</p> |
