THE METHOD FOR ROUTING CONTROL OF PACKET TRANSMISSION IN VEHICULAR COMMUNICATIONS

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a packet transmission route between moving cars is provided to change a defer time according to an inter-relay node distance using an ODAM(Optimized Dissemination of Alarm Messages) method to shorten an inter-end delay time, thereby effectively broadcasting an emergency warning message during communication between cars. CONSTITUTION: The distance between a transmission node and a relay node car is obtained. Density showing the number of cars located in a service area is obtained. A retransmission delay time of a relay node is adaptively changed by the density and a distance between cars. A car(210) witnesses an accident by the transmission node. The car broadcasts an emergency warning message to surroundings. Cars(220,230) receive the emergency warning message. A car operates as the relay node.
