<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charging stand for charging an electric vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle charging stand 106 is communicably connected to the electric vehicle 102 through a network 108 toward a wireless network provider 101 and is electrically connected the electric vehicle through a connector 114.
