<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure and a bearing device easy to attach and detach a cover member, excellent in convenience, and inhibiting the cover member from coming off even after a long use period passes. <P>SOLUTION: An annular groove 64 is formed on an outer circumference surface of a slinger 4 rotating synchronously with an axle 1. The cover member 50 includes a synthetic rubber cover-shaped first member 80 and an annular second member 81. An engagement part 82 is formed at an inner circumference side of an annular part 70 of the cover member 50, and an engagement part 82 thereof is engaged with the annular groove 64. A conical outer circumference surface 90 of which outer diameter gets larger as going to a sealing part 71 side in an axial direction is formed on the annular part 70. The second member 81 is moved to the sealing part 71 side in the axial direction relatively to the first member 80, and a conical inner circumference surface 97 of an elastic part 96 of the second member 81 is pressed against the conical outer circumference surface 90 of the first member 80.
