POWER SUPPLY CONTROLLER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power waste by stopping the drive of a main power supply in a sleep mode to transfer to a sleep mode having smaller power consumption.

SOLUTION: This power supply controller used in a printer has: a control means outputting a signal making a mode transfer to the sleep mode at a preset date; a sub power supply means supplying power to the control means; a main power supply means performing power supply to all except the control means; and a main power stop control means stopping the drive of the main power supply means based on output of a sleep mode transfer signal from the control means.
