<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode driving circuit suppressing inrush current causing generation of dimming noise of a light emitting diode with a simple circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An integration circuit 40 is formed in a connection line for connecting a gate terminal of a MOS transistor 33 to gate terminals of MOS transistors 31a-31d. Thereby, even when the gate voltage of the MOS transistor 33 instantaneously changes from an off-voltage to an on-voltage, the gate voltage Vg of the MOS transistors 31a-31d gently rises from an off-voltage to an on-voltage. Thereby, carried currents ILED carried to light emitting diodes 30 by the MOS transistors 31a-31d gradually increase up to certain currents as well instead of instantaneously carrying the certain currents in starting the current carrying. As a result, since it is not necessary to instantaneously carry a large current when release of a current IL from a choke coil 21 is started, generation of inrush current can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
