<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding member, which improves holding strength of an electronic component on a substrate and reduces damage on a wall face of a through-hole, and to provide the electronic component and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The holding member has a leg part to be inserted into the through-hole of the substrate to hold the electronic component on a surface of the substrate. It includes a fixed base part to be fixed to the electronic component, and a leg part extending from the fixed base part which are integrally formed of a same metal plate. The leg part includes: a locking part, which is provided at a tip end side and of which at least a part is positioned on an opening periphery of the through-hole on a rear surface of the substrate in a fixed state of the electronic component; a connection part having one end connected to the locking part and a part arranged in the through-hole in the fixed state; and a spring part, which has one end connected to an end of the connection part on an opposite side to the locking part, is arranged on the surface of the substrate in the fixed state, and is displaced in inserting the locking part and the connection part into the through-hole so that the connection part is inclined with respect to the fixed state and the locking part is inserted into the through-hole.
