PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricant from adhering on a section other than a storage region of the lubricant in an injection stage of the lubricant.

SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a fluid dynamic bearing, the fluid dynamic bearing without lubricant 20 not injected therein is prepared in a predetermined work space. The pressure in the work space is reduced. A delivery nozzle 26 that delivers the lubricant 20 is inserted into the storage region 16. The lubricant 20 of a quantity of not spilling over from the storage region 16 is delivered in the storage region 16. The pressure in the work space is restored. Alternatively, the lubricant is injected after an oil repellent region for preventing the lubricant from leaking out is covered.
