<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone unit which is easily manufactured and has high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The microphone unit 1 includes: an electroacoustic conversion unit 13 which converts sound pressures into an electric signal; a housing 11 which stores the electroacoustic conversion unit 13; and a cover 12 which has a first sound hole 121 and a second sound hole 122, and is put on the housing 11. The housing 11 consists of a laminated and integrated multilayer substrate, and the housing 11 includes: a first space 111 which is formed by a recess, on which the electroacoustic conversion unit 13 is mounted, and which is connected to the first sound hole 121; and a second hollow space 121 which connects the bottom 111a of the recess with the second sound hole 122. Then, the microphone unit 1 includes: a first sound path 2 which goes from the first sound hole 121 to a first surface 132a of a diaphragm 132; and a second sound path 3 which goes from the second sound hole 122 to a second surface 132b of the diaphragm 132. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
