PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an apparatus, regarding a heat exchange apparatus and a heating element storage device using the same. SOLUTION: The heat exchange apparatus includes a body case 11 provided with a first inlet 7 and a first discharge port 8 for a first environment on the front surface and provided with a second inlet 9 and a second discharge port 10 for a second environment on the back surface, a blowing fan 12 for the first environment provided inside the body case 11, and a heat exchanger 14 for executing the heat exchange of the air of the first environment and the air of the second environment inside the body case 11. Air suction ports 14a and 14b for the first environment and the second environment are provided on two surfaces facing each other, and an air blow-off port for the first environment and an air blow-off port for the second environment are provided on the other surface. The surface provided with the air suction port 14a for the first environment is turned to the blowing fan 12, and a chamber 16 is formed between the second inlet 9 and the air suction port 14b for the second environment.
