PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament composition useful for treating restless legs syndrome. SOLUTION: A parenteral medicament composition used for treating restless legs syndrome includes an iron-sucrose complex having a larger iron release rate than iron dextran for injection. The iron release rate is determined at concentration of at least 2,000 μg/dL. The iron-sucrose complex is preferably iron-sucrose for injection in the US Pharmacopeia. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
