<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution technology of an image which can cope even with accessing from multiple browsing terminals and small in a management load. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A shop PC 11A includes first to third interfaces 114-116 corresponding to protocols of cameras 12A1-12A3, respectively. The shop PC 11A acquires images from the cameras 12A1-12A3 by using the first to third interfaces, and stores the acquired images in a hard disk 111. A user terminal 25 accesses an application server 31 via a network 2, to acquire screen data of a shop management system. The images acquired via the shop PC 11 and imaged by the cameras 12A1-12A3 are combined with the acquired screen data and are displayed on a monitor of the user terminal 25.
