<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display, wherein a non-acicular fine concavo-convex pattern can be formed on an electrode without increasing the cost, the fine concavo-convex pattern applicable even to an electrode in a display screen side by reducing scattering on the fine concavo-convex pattern. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The panel for information display has a display medium encapsulated between two substrates, at least one of which is transparent, and displays information such as an image by: applying a voltage to electrodes disposed on the substrates to impart an electric field to the display medium; and moving the display medium.
