<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic X-ray apparatus capable of eliminating or reducing an effect on a tomographic image which is derived by a shift of an actual rotational center of a rotating table or an actual rotational center of a pair of an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector from a set rotational axis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tomographic image, which is taken by reconstitution operation using X-ray projection data to each projection direction collected by an X-ray detector 2, is projected in order to the same direction as the projection direction; a shift between the projection data in order and the collected projection data is obtained; the projection data collected based on the shift is corrected and the reconstitution operation is newly performed; thereby, a clear tomographic image can be taken with less its effect regardless of relative rotational inaccuracy between the pair of an X-ray generator 1 and an X-ray detector 2, and an object W.
