PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein abutting faces of a recording head and a positioning member are abraded and buckled when brought into a pressurized state by the positioning member in a direction orthogonal to a nozzle arrayed direction, at the time of regulating a nozzle arrayed directional position of the recording head. SOLUTION: A head module 51 arrayed with a plurality of heads 101 is arrayed and attached onto a common base member 52, and the head module 51 has a position regulating means 320 made to abut on the positioning members 301a, 301b by pressure due to plate springs 302, 303, to be positioned, and for regulating the nozzle arrayed directional position of the head module 51, and includes a decompressing means 330 for reducing a pressurizing force due to the plate spring 302, when position-regulating the head module 51 by the position regulating means 320.
