PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method for quickly performing the region division of an image. SOLUTION: A clustering processing part 801 firstly calculates a distance between the feature vector of a processing object pixel and the representative feature vector of a cluster to which a pixel with high probability belonging to the same cluster as that of the processing object pixel, for example, the neighboring pixel of the processing object pixel is belonging. When the calculated distance is equal to or less than a first threshold, the clustering processing part makes the processing object pixel belong to the cluster to which the neighboring pixel or a background image is belonging.
