<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a revolving angle detector compactly so as to be hardly damaged and to allow the revolving angle detector to be easily mounted or removed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A revolving superstructure 10 is mounted on a base carrier whose traveling direction coincides with a longitudinal direction, revolvably around a vertical axis through a swing bearing 5. An attachment is derrickingly connected to the revolving superstructure 10. The swing bearing 5 is provided with an inner ring 7 connected in an integrally rotatable manner to the base carrier, and an outer ring 6 connected in an integrally rotatable manner to the revolving superstructure 10 and having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner ring 7. A proximity sensor 21 provided on the revolving superstructure 10 side, and a detected plate 22 provided on the base carrier side and formed in circular arc shape centering on the vertical axis so as to be detected by the proximity sensor 21, are provided as the revolving angle detector 20 for detecting the revolving angle of the revolving superstructure 10 relative to the base carrier.
