PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-openable can lid equipped with a tab capable of preventing or reducing any feeling of discomfort or stimulation while drinking a content in a can. SOLUTION: The tab 1 is formed from a metal sheet, and a separation-projecting part 8 as a cut end remaining on the tab side when the tab 1 is separated from the metal sheet after forming the tab is separated by a press forming machine 13, and pushed into a space between fold-back parts 9 formed on both sides of the separation-projecting part 8. Thus, the tab 1 is formed so that the separation-projecting part 8 is not projected from an outer circumferential edge of the fold-back part 9. As a result, any touch of a metal-cut surface on a lip can be prevented or suppressed when drinking a content of a can, and any feeling of discomfort or stimulation can be prevented or reduced.
