The device has an amplification unit connected with a microphone and an earpiece by a wire (30). A carrier device (27) is arranged on the amplification unit, and is provided with a borehole (28) in which sections (32a-32d) of the wire are arranged. A ferrite sleeve (29), a ferrite ring, and a conductive coating are provided as electro magnetic coupling reducing units in the borehole of the carrier device, for reducing electro magnetic coupling in the wire. The wire is connected with an electrical connection of the carrier device.
