A dental implant device comprises an implant and an abutment coupled with the implant. The implant has a cylindrical shape and comprises of a head section (1), a neck section (2), a middle section (3) and a tail section (4). The head part (1) of the implant is provided with a flange (7). The outer surface of the neck part (2) is provided with a micro thread (8). The outer surface of the middle part (3) is provided with a main thread (9). The tail part (4) has an arched surface. The inner of the implant is provided with inner complex circular arch teeth (13). The inner complex circular arch teeth (13) are coupled with outer complex circular arch teeth (17) on the surface of the abutment.
